Welcome to The Fourth H blog!
We are the National 4-H Healthy Living Ambassadors team.
We're a diverse group of 4-Hers from across the country committed to promoting Healthy Living programs through the awesome organization that is 4-H.
We're beyond excited to launch this new blog, which is designed to create discussion and connections between 4-Hers nationwide. This is a forum to focus on the fourth "H" of the 4-H clover: Health.
We hope that you enjoy these posts, get some ideas, and decide to be a Change Agent in your community! Healthy living starts with the individual, and you could be that person to start a wave of action.
